USF Awards Bachelor's Degree to Rebecca Jans

The University of St. Francis conferred a bachelor's degree on Rebecca Jans of Lockport, Ill. at the commencement ceremony on May 4. University of St. Francis President Michael Vinciguerra presented the degrees.
