USF Awards Bachelor's Degree to Kelli Mentgen

The University of St. Francis conferred a bachelor's degree on Kelli Mentgen of Peru, Ill. at the commencement ceremony on May 4. University of St. Francis President Michael Vinciguerra presented the degrees.
