Kayla Madej to Serve as Student Representative for Alumni Association Board

Kayla Madej, of Manhattan, Ill., is a student representative on the University of St. Francis Alumni Assocation Board.

For the 2012-2013 school year, Madej, a elementary education major, will be responsible for keeping the Alumni Association Board up-to-date on student life and events. The board meets three times during the academic year.

"Students selected for this position are student leaders who are able to quickly and thoroughly report on the USF student experience," said Aubrey Durish, director of alumni relations. "It's a great resume builder, and the position will create many networking opportunities with our alumni."
